Shipping And Delivery

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

  • Once we have already sent the items to you, we are unable to change the delivery address.

What countries do you ship to?

  • We ship Worldwide! Please contact us for international shipping rates.
  • Shipping within the borders of the Republic of South Africa will be free of charge for orders over R500.
  • Please note: A few of our brands are not authorised to be sent to particular countries.

For our International customers there are two options:

  • Option 1: We strongly advise you to contact us via email or enquiry form for International Shipping Rates before purchasing your items. Once contact has been made we will provide you with quote for shipping your item. Upon acceptance of quote and receipt of payment for the shipping, your items will only then be dispatched.
  • Option 2: Order and pay online before you travel to South Africa – Collect your equipment when you arrive or we can deliver it to your doorstep in Cape Town.

Where is my order?

  • If you do not receive your order within 10 working days or more after completing your checkout, please contact us (please provide us with your name, email, order number, and phone number) and we can resolve the issue right away. 

How long does delivery take?

  • We aim to process and deliver items in stock within 4-5 working days from order date to virtually anywhere in the Republic of South Africa: to your home, place of work or any other address you wish to specify.
  • On occasion, there may be a small delay for reasons beyond our control (strikes, accidents, acts of God).
  • Once items are ready to be shipped, we will send you an email notification to advise that your parcel has been dispatched.
